Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026Applies to: criticalmedia.co.uk

The short version

  • We use a handful of cookies: a few essential ones, plus analytics cookies if you say yes.
  • No advertising or tracking cookies, ever.
  • You can change your choices at any time using the cookie icon at the bottom of every page.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit. They help the site work properly, remember your preferences and, with your permission, tell us how the site is being used.

02How we use them

Essential

Needed for the site to work, to keep our forms safe from spam, and to remember your cookie choices. These don’t need your consent.

Analytics

Google Analytics tells us which pages are popular and how people find us, so we can improve the site. These are only set if you click accept.

04Managing your choices

When you first visit, we’ll ask whether you’re happy for us to use analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the cookie icon at the bottom-left of every page.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well without the essential ones. To stop Google Analytics on every website you visit, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
